Drawing a Line
I need to draw a line under today.  The stress got the better of me.  My housemate’s stress got the better of me too. He wanted to comfort eat and I joined in. The only good thing is that I realised that I wasn’t enjoying it and that it wasn’t helping one little bit.  Before this journey my mind would have been blank.

Whoops!
I just well and truly snapped at another member of staff.  He was being totally unreasonable and rude.  It takes a lot for me to snap but when I do people know that they have offended me. Slight downside is that I tried to cheer myself up by eating a sausage roll.  DAMN YOU EMOTIONAL EATING!!!  It is still within my ww points, but just not the way in which I wanted to eat them.

I 1000000000% recommend the Leggera pizza from Pizza Express.  It was super tasty.  Lovely rocket salad and tasty pizza. Nom! I am full and content.  All for 14 pro points.

I am off to Pizza Express today for lunch with two of my chums.  Normally this would mean that my points would go way over, but Pizza Express have a range endorsed by Weight Watchers which is quite low in points.  It is called the Leggera range and all the pizzas have the middle cut out and filled with salad.  This is perfect for me as I am a crust girl so I get a healthy salad, a bit of pizza...
