Marathon Training Wk4 Run2 Part2

  • Mood Before: Not too shabby
  • Energy Before: Still sleepy
  • Weather: Gym
  • Distance Required: 2 miles
  • Music: Katy Perry Top 10! :)

The Run

This was the additional 2 miles that I was meant to run last.  I jumped on the treadmill after Body Pump and my legs felt quiet tired, plus my bum muscles were killing me!  I had a good stretch afterwards in preperation for tomorrow’s 9 miles.
