Great stuff! Take care on the canal though if you are on your own. Some sections can be a bit dodgy at night :-O

Yeah I only run there during the day, so it is usually a weekend treat :)

(I keep publishing these by mistake.  For some context - runtastic and I ran along the same canal path today.)
