I am leaving the UK for the hustle and bustle of Melbourne in late 2012. This blog is to document my journey to improved well being through fitness and weight loss.

I want to leave the UK trim, toned and feeling great about myself!

I'm all about dancing, running, Nike, eating, gossiping and sarcasm :)

The Reluctant Runner: If you're looking for running inspiration...this ain't it.

thereluctantrunner:

I had a revelation tonight. I don’t like running. I fucking hate it. After two years of consistent running the light bulb went off tonight. Running sucks….seriously. Power walking? Great! Running? Sucky.

RR…it’s that time during your training. You always get like this at certain points during…

You know (or might not if you are a boy) how girls that spend a lot of time together can get in sync with their periods, well me and Missy Reluctant seem to be in sync with our feelings towards running.  Perhaps we spend too much time together online being snarky at Ben?

I am seriously counting down the days until I can have a weekend to myself and wear inappropriate flat shoes that cause my arches to drop.  Oh and run around the lake for a couple of miles rather than have to run around it 10 times to get the distance in.

P.S I am sure we will both be enjoying it again next week.  We are fickle like that!
